Evaluating our performance

Evaluation of the performance of the CfWI includes:

  • Department of Health (DH) performance management based on good financial controls, the high-quality delivery of services, effective management, contributions by staff and partners, and good data management.
  • Partner evaluations, using a variety of means including online surveys and structured interviews and focus groups to establish the quality and effectiveness of products and outputs.
  • An effective customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage partner contacts.
  • Annual evaluation by the Governance Board.
  • Our Governance Board will also evaluate itself annually.

The Governance Board operates at a policy level and provides strategic oversight of the CfWI. The Board comprises the Chair, a Vice Chair and members from a variety of areas.
