Evaluating our performance
Evaluation of the performance of the CfWI includes:
- Department of Health (DH) performance management based on good financial controls, the high-quality delivery of services, effective management, contributions by staff and partners, and good data management.
- Partner evaluations, using a variety of means including online surveys and structured interviews and focus groups to establish the quality and effectiveness of products and outputs.
- An effective customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage partner contacts.
- Annual evaluation by the Governance Board.
- Our Governance Board will also evaluate itself annually.
