A workshop run by Birmingham City Council's Workforce Intelligence Planning team, for those responsible for workforce planning within their organisations.
The aim of the workshop is for delegates to gain a firm understanding of the principles of workforce planning, an appreciation of the value that the use of tools can add to the process, a clear idea of necessary value-adding activities that will support their implementation of workforce planning within their organisation, and the benefits it will accrue from the activity.
