to
Jun 22, 2012 04:30 PM
Venue: Manchester Central
With the changes brought about by the Health and Social Care Bill providing a powerful background for debate and learning, this year’s conference is an essential date in the healthcare leaders’ calendar.
The conference takes place over three days.
The 2012 event will focus on how NHS leaders can tackle the challenge of implementing the changes brought about by the Health and Social Care Bill, while delivering high standards of care for patients and best value for taxpayer’s money.
As well as the main plenary sessions, an extensive choice of smaller workshops means you can build your conference experience around your organisation’s priorities. Sessions will focus on the practical – how you can tackle challenges, what tools you’ll need, and what others in your position have done or are doing.
The five themed strands of the programme are:
- From recommendation to action - delivering high quality care for all.
- Rising to the financial challenge.
- Integration and partnerships.
- How the system is shaping – looking to the future.
- Supporting your workforce.
Speakers:
The programme offers an exciting and diverse mix of speakers. You’ll hear from senior health figures, be inspired by NHS leaders doing innovative work in their organisations, and listen to leaders from other sectors who will give you a fresh perspective on your work.
