CfWI Chief Executive Peter Sharp and Head of Horizon Scanning Meena Mahil are presenting the CfWI's work on medical workforce planning to 25 countries at the second OECD Expert Group meeting in Paris.

The meeting aims to discuss and validate the results from ongoing work on recent developments in health workforce projections and scenario development.

The meeting also aims to validate some findings on the health workforce from the OECD Health System Characteristics Survey.

Discussions will also take place on suggested approaches to the next project phase, comprising an analysis of the skills situation in health, an analysis of training capacities, and possible output formats.
