Two workshops run by Workforce Intelligence & Planning on:

• Thursday 20 September 2012 - 10am - 1pm followed by lunch
• Wednesday 17 October - 2pm - 5pm, preceded by lunch at 1pm

The workshops are aimed at those who hold the responsibility for talent management in their organisation and would be of value to senior HR practitioners, e.g. HR managers, business partners and their finance and/or service planning equivalents.

Workforce Intelligence & Planning (WIP) is a specialist team from Birmingham City Council offering strategic and practical hands-on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning expertise to the public sector.
