The reports published as part of the 2012 CfWI workforce risks and opportunities: education commissioning risks summary project (WRO ECRS 2012) are listed alphabetically here.
The project aims to provide robust, evidence-based assessments of workforce requirements to support decision making across the health workforce.
Each report describes the key issues facing the different professions over the next three years, and aims to support local decisions on future education and training commissioning.
The reports are being submitted to the Department of Health in several tranches.
The reports that we have published so far as part of the WRO ECRS 2012 project are available to download below.
Chiropodists / Podiatrists
Learning disability nurses
Mental health nurses
Operating department practitioners
Prosthetists and orthotists
Speech and language therapists
As part of this programme we have also analysed the supply and demand for social workers over the next three to five years.
A technical report providing more detailed and technical information of the modelling and engagement approaches used by the CfWI in the WRO ECRS 2012 project is also available to download..
