From scenario generation to workforce modelling: a new approach
This document, Technical Report (Part 2), provides an overview of the future workforce scenarios developed by the CfWI for medicine and dentistry following workshops with key stakeholders. It also describes the process used to derive model parameters from the scenarios.
This report should be read together with the Technical Report (Part 1) which focuses on the scope and the new approach to using future scenarios and horizon scanning in workforce modelling.
