St George’s Healthcare NHS Trust, a UK teaching hospital that provides an integrated healthcare service for patients across community and acute care settings, is an employer of over 8000 staff, all of whom contribute to achievement of the St George’s Healthcare NHS Trust’s mission to: ‘improve the health of our patients and our local community by achieving excellence in clinical care, research, education and employment’.
In addition to providing clinical care, the Trust supports and trains a broad range of
learners. Some of these are the Trust's staff while a number are on placement at the
Trust. The Trust has identified a clear vision for the future along with six strategic aims to achieve it.
