The purpose of this report is to present the CfWI's initial findings around key workforce risks and opportunities within the allied health professions to be reviewed with appropriate stakeholders.
The paper considers the key workforce risks and opportunities within the allied health professions at a high level, identifying and assessing key issues and potential mitigation strategies throughout the allied health professions across all sectors. Where the CfWI consider there to be a significant workforce issue, individual professional reviews have been included.
