There are over 20,000 adult social care provider organisations in England, with an estimated workforce of over 1.8 million people employed in the sector.

This leadership session will discuss workforce planning challenges and opportunities alongside examples of workforce transformation.

This session will include a presentation from Enham, a leading charity dedicated to transforming the lives of people with learning or physical disabilities. Presentations will be balanced with significant time for discussing and sharing local workforce planning issues.
