QIPP and workforce productivity

Peter Sharp, Chief Executive of the CfWI, presented on QIPP and workforce productivity at the NHS Employers event: Delivering QIPP through workforce productivity, which took place in London on 2 May 2012.

The event, aimed at board members, set out to equip delegates with insights and tools to deliver their organisation's productivity savings.

The presentation, which can be downloaded below, looks at:

  • the CfWI approach to workforce planning
  • determinants of productivity
  • information systems and quality issues
  • reducing dependency on agency staff
  • points to ponder.
