Peter Sharp, Chief Executive of the CfWI, spoke on the future shape of the NHS Workforce – looking ahead to 2030 at the Reform policy seminar, which took place in London on 9 July 2012.
The theme of the seminar was to explore new ways of delivering healthcare to meet the long-term challenge to make the costs of healthcare sustainable and reform services to meet changing health needs.
The seminar brought together key stakeholders from the Government, the NHS, the royal colleges, NGOs, the private sector and the media.
