The NHS in the next decade – workforce requirements

The first ever annual meeting of the Faculty of Intensive Care Medicine (FICM), was held on Monday 6 February 2012 at the Royal College of Physicians, London.

The meeting covered the work of the Faculty over its first year of existence, and featured many notable speakers including Dame Carol Black, Sir Bruce Keogh and Professor Sir John Tooke.

Professor Dame Carol Black, Chair of the CfWI Governance Board and first National Director for Health and Work, Pro-Chancellor University of Bristol and Chair of the Nuffield Trust spoke about workforce requirements.
