This simple training tool allows the user to investigate and better understand the important relationship between finance, service and workforce.
We have used this tool as a part of training master classes with the most recent class being in the North East in collaboration with Teesside University.
The tool allows the user to consider the impact of making changes to each of these three aspects of workforce planning in relation to factors such as:
1. service quality
2. quality of care and person/ patient satisfaction
4. staff satisfaction (retention, etc)
5. training pipeline (employment of the newly qualified)
