ULO workforce plan template

The Department of Health supported two user-led organisations (ULOs) in the South West to develop a workforce strategy. A key part of this work was to produce a template to support other ULOs to consider their future workforce needs.

The template that has been developed is based on the Skills for Health Six Step Methodology to Integrated Workforce Planning (2008).

The two ULOs who developed this work – South West: Disability Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Ltd, and DOTS Disability CIC/Access Dorset have made it available through the CfWI to help other ULOs (and other organisations in the social purpose sector) with workforce planning.

The ULO workforce plan template is purposefully left in Word format so that organisations can adjust it to meet their needs.
