Long term conditions – integrated teams events
The CfWI is pleased to be supporting the upcoming QIPP Long Term Conditions Rapid Implementation events in January and February 2012.
The events take place on:
- 18 January in Taunton
- 2 February near Derby
- 8 February in Newbury.
As part of the Department of Health’s Long Term Conditions Commissioning Development Programme, the events will focus on the development of neighbourhood integrated care teams
